Our Experience at Pan Pacific Orchard
First Impressions

The first impression at Pan Pacific Orchard was fantastic: the reception, open to the outside right at the entrance, creates a welcoming atmosphere, with an inviting bar and several seating areas. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmth and hospitality that marked our entire stay.
The Room

Pan Pacific Orchard offers several types of rooms, and ours was a Beach Balcony. Besides being super comfortable, it had a balcony with a direct view of the iconic artificial beach pool on the 5th floor, with the water reflecting on the ceiling of the 11th. The room was impeccably clean, and the room service was always excellent.
Common Areas and Leisure

Besides the outdoor pool, the hotel has a spacious and well-equipped gym with a view of the pool. Outdoors, there is also a functional machine for those who prefer to train outside.
Spa Experience

The spa offers various treatments and services. We chose a relaxing massage – perfect for relieving tension after so many days of backpacking. The service was impeccable, and the therapists were very attentive and professional.
Restaurants and Breakfast
The breakfast at Mosella impressed us with the variety and quality of the products. We loved the space so much that we returned for dinner one evening – the ambiance is very beautiful and cozy, and the menu offers some very interesting dishes. Everything we tried was delicious!

Additionally, our room gave us access to the Pacific Club, which offers afternoon tea service and cocktails with canapés in the evening. The options were always delicious, and the space is very pleasant for relaxing.
The design of Pan Pacific Orchard is not only beautiful, it is part of the experience. The concept of a sustainable garden-hotel impresses from check-in to every detail of the service. With everything it offers within its category, it is undoubtedly excellent value for money.
